We provide interim trusts and foundations delivery, for those times when you’re low on capacity, yet keen to maintain and build relationships with supporters.

Activities include:

  • Stewardship and relationship development for existing supporters, writing reports and informal project updates as needed, making supporters feel special, nurtured and excited to continue their relationship with your organisation.
  • In depth research into both existing supporters and cold prospects, ensuring asks meet their philanthropic ambitions and that proposals match their criteria and objectives.
  • Making applications and (my written style is warm, personable and highly tailored for each donor).
  • Setting up project visits and meetings, providing comprehensive briefings for staff with a list of strategic questions to help move donor relationships forwards, co-hosting project visits where necessary.
  • Supporting and involving staff and trustees to play their unique role in trust fundraising.
  • Strategic development, ensuring your trusts programme meets your organisational needs and that your resources are used in the most effective way possible.

 

For new clients, contracts are for a minimum of three months, packages start from £8,400.

Will you run a gala dinner for us?

In the words of Meatloaf, we would do anything for love, but we won’t do that.

Here are some things you’ll need to look elsewhere for:

  • Cold prospecting / wealth screening (major gifts).
  • Preparing documents to ensure your Major Gift fundraising is compliant with GDPR requirements, including Gift Acceptance Policy, Legitimate Interest Assessment, Data Protection Impact Assessment, Privacy Notice.
  • Lawn care.
  • Getting your cat to like you.
  • Fundraising events.
  • Fundraising delivery outside of our core areas of trusts, major gifts or commercial income.
