In 2018, we undertook some of our own research to help us understand more clearly what ‘good looks like’, recognising the lack of up to date, easily accessible benchmarking data for charities of all sizes.
Monitoring the return on investment for different types of fundraising can help us to begin conversations with colleagues about expectations, targets and the aspirations we set within our own organisations.
